How it works
- 1A tourist sends a request for your bike. Nothing is paid yet.
- 2You accept or decline — 60 minutes to answer, in working hours.
- 3They pay before they fly. Only then is the bike held for them.
- 4They get the bike and you mark it done. The money is yours the same day.
What we do not do
We do not set your prices. You set them, per day, per week, per month.
We do not write your rental agreement. You upload your own, and the tourist reads it before they pay.
We do not keep passports or licences. You check them physically at handover, as always.
When you get paid, and the 5% we hold
The moment you mark the bike as handed over, the money is yours that same day. The transfer leaves 24 hours later, with all your bookings in one payment. The transfer fee is ours, not yours.
Your first transfer is the exception: it waits 7 days. That is what stops somebody registering a shop that does not exist, inventing a booking and cashing out.
We hold 5% of each rental for 60 days against card disputes, then release it to you automatically. This is not a commission: it is your money, it is on your balance the whole time, and it comes back to you.
Nothing is transferred below Rp 50.000. It rolls into your next transfer rather than spending a tenth of itself on the fee.
The deposit stays cash, at handover, exactly as you do it now. It never passes through us and we take nothing from it.
